Construction involved: 747 housing units 17 acres of clearing 800.000 cubic yards muck excavation 1,600,000 cubic yards pond excavation - 56 and 60 feet deep 219 acres seed/restoration

Deacon's Walk is a residential housing and street development constructed around the golf course at the Tournament Players Club of the Twin Cities. Built on the flat ground of a former sod farm, the major challenges of this project involved the development of a pond system which yielded material for the construction of the housing areas and the golf course itself. Deacon's Walk and TPC of the Twin Cities were nominated for "Best Land Transaction" at the 1998 CityBusiness Best in Real Estate Awards.
