Hennepin County's public maintenance
building is constructed to harmonize with its natural, rolling
prairie site. Enebak Construction's involvement began with
a public bid grading contract and continued with building
site work contracted through the builder.
The project involved
a great deal of work during the winter season, and required
an aggressive schedule and challenging
coordination during the design/build phase. Construction
began in October 1996,
completed in June 1998. Owner:
